The Knowledge Centre is a comfortable, modern library facility based on the Old Road Campus, just across from the Churchill Hospital in Headington.  The Knowledge Centre can be found just inside the main entrance of the Old Road Campus Research Building (the big green building).

We welcome staff and students of the University of Oxford Medical Sciences Division and NHS staff from ORHT and Oxfordshire PCT. Students from Oxford Brookes University have access for reference.

Our opening hours are: Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday 9am to 6pm and Weds 10:45am to 6pm.

The Knowledge Centre Services includes:

• A team of professional outreach librarians to support your information needs
• Access to PCs, printing, scanning facilities, and on site access to Oxford University e-journals for all users
• Wi-fi access through University wireless networks
• Quiet study spaces
• A group study room that can be booked in advance
• Access to items held at the Cairns and Radcliffe Science Libraries through our Intersite Loan service
• Comprehensive Document Supply services
• Self-service photocopying facilities
